Kristen Paradise, LPCC
Kristen is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC), and founder of PURE Therapy. Kristen provides traditional psychotherapy, as well as psychotherapy in conjunction with Ketamine (KAP), to address grief/loss, identity/gender, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health concerns. Kristen believes in creating a comfortable and authentic space for her patients to explore, to be themselves, and find healing through inner wisdom and external support.
Kristen has a passion for working with clients who are processing and navigating life after loss, as well as supporting first responders and their families. Kristen is a former active duty military spouse, with an understanding of the difficulties that come with managing the walk between civilian and service member life. Kristen provides transitional support for clients who experience changes that are difficult to navigate.
One of the main intentions of her work in mental health, is to assist individuals with feeling less alone in this world, and finding peace from within, so that it can be spread externally in one’s life. Through the process of traditional psychotherapy and/or Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), it is her hope that those who have struggled to find something that works for them, are now able to work through some of the aspects of life, that may be blocking them from reaching their personal goals.
